• The villa sleeps 6, villa plus apartment for 2, sleeps 8 in total.
• Rentals are weekly, from Saturday arriving 4pm, to Saturday departing 10am.
• We have an English-speaking local Italian representative to welcome you and introduce you to the villa.
• The apartment for two may be rented separately in the low season only .
• The owners may reserve the apartment at any time for their own occasional use.
• Exclusive use of the villa for a rental for 6 is available at a surcharge of 15%.

Included in the tariff are:

• Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
• Change and laundry of bed and bath linens and basic cleaning provided weekly.

Available as an option but not included in the rental are:

• Our Tuscan chef is available to cook a gourmet meal for you and your guests. Approximate cost is 250 Euros for up to 8, exclusive of wines, for a full Tuscan dinner.
• Extra cleaning and ironing service available on request.
• Basic or more comprehensive supplies bought for your arrival on request and payable locally.
• Heating tariff applicable in winter per meter.
